All of our test banks are digital products available for download. Before purchasing, please ensure you are selecting the correct product by reviewing the sample questions provided.
Refunds are allowed within 30 days only in the following cases:
You did not receive or were unable to download the test bank.
The file you received is incomplete or missing chapters.
Refunds are not allowed in the following cases:
You have previously refunded a test bank from Guide Bank Pro.
You are requesting a refund for multiple products in a single order.
You purchased the wrong product (sample questions are provided to verify the correct product before purchase).

Requests outside the situations listed above are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Guide Bank Pro.
Refund requests must be submitted using the Refund Request Form on the website.
